Xenia is a consultant, executive coach, and leadership development expert with over two decades of experience in organizational assessment, program design, and performance improvement. As the lead consultant and co- founder of Olive Consulting, she has extensive experience across industries, including financial services, healthcare, academia, government, and education. Xenia specializes in coaching senior leaders, facilitating impactful leadership workshops, and delivering tailored solutions that empower individuals, teams, and organizations to achieve their full potential. Leveraging her expertise and partnerships with global consulting firms, including her role as a Blanchard Authorized Partner, she has introduced innovative training and development programs to Cayman’s sophisticated business community and beyond. With a PhD in Organizational Psychology, Xenia brings deep insights into the behavioral dynamics that drive individual and organizational success. Her solutions honor the unique history, cultural context, and purpose of the organizations she works with, ensuring alignment with their values and vision for the future. Xenia’s contributions earned her the title of Blanchard Partner of the Year, for two consecutive years (2023, 2024) recognizing her significant impact on both local and international organizations. Xenia believes that the ability to thrive stems from having the right tools and support at every level. By equipping leaders with these resources, they can, in turn, create environments that foster a culture of accountability, driven by the purpose and vision of the organization or team. Jeffrey Goddard, MBA, Acc.Dir.

An experienced business leader, Jeff was previously Country Managing Director at Vistra Cayman. In his earlier career he served as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs and as a Vice President of Business Strategy at State Street in New York and the Cayman Islands. Prior to working in the financial services industry, Jeff worked with the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism for four years, where he gained a solid understanding of destination marketing, stakeholder management, product development and strategic planning. Jeff holds an MBA from the Manchester Business School in the UK and a post-graduate certificate in International Management from McGill University in Canada. He also graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Computer Science from Florida Institute of Technology. He is an Accredited Director with the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada, a Blanchard management practitioner and holds credentials in Organizational Leadership and Artificial Intelligence. Paola Soteriou
Paola is a dedicated and detail-oriented team member at Blanchard Caribbean, where she provides essential support across both administration and operations. She ensures that internal systems are well-organized, assists with scheduling and logistics, and helps keep daily processes running smoothly. Her strong communication skills, reliability, and proactive mindset make her a valued support to the wider team. A graduate of the University of Salford with a degree in psychology, Paola brings curiosity and insight into human behavior, team dynamics, and workplace interactions. She is passionate about helping others thrive in any setting and is committed to fostering a positive, efficient, and supportive work environment. Paola’s work reflects both her growing academic knowledge and her natural ability to contribute meaningfully in team-based environments.
Annavee Simms, BA, MS
Annavee Simms is a passionate Training and Learning Delivery Specialist with more than twenty-five years of experience designing and delivering impactful learning solutions across both public and private sectors. Her expertise is in facilitation, counseling/coaching, with a focus on creating and delivering learning solutions that are engaging, inspiring confidence, fostering growth and development, and driving measurable organizational performance. Annavee has held leadership positions in both sectors completing twenty years in the Public Sector as the Chief Training Officer and after eighteen years, retired from Scotiabank (Bahamas) Ltd., as Manager of Training and Development, Caribbean North (Cayman Islands, Turks and Caicos Islands and The Bahamas). Currently, she is the CEO of Annavee Training and Consultancy, Nassau Bahamas and a Market Partner Associate for Blanchard Caribbean – Bahamas Region. Annavee’s skills include instructional design, virtual and hybrid facilitation, and public speaking. She is the recipient of the Fulbright Award for 1996 - 1998 and certified as a Blanchard SLII® Facilitator. Annavee also contributes to community initiatives, church leadership, and professional training institutes. She holds a Master’s Degree in Labor & Human Resources from The Ohio State University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the College of St. Benedict/St. John’s University, and an Associate Degree and Teacher’s Certificate from the University of the Bahamas (formerly College of the Bahamas).
